Matt has been involved in athletics his entire life. He spent most of his youth training and competing in any sport he could get involved with such as soccer, snowboarding, and track.
Matt first joined the CrossFit community in 2015 and immediately fell in love because of its ethos and methodology. It started as an accessory day to supplement bodybuilding. But quickly took over as the main training method.
Matt is a dedicated CrossFitter and has competed in both the CrossFit Open and local competitions with hopes of competing at Sanctions.
Mat has trained with an array of coaches in gymnastics (Alex Kazam), weightlifting (JustLift), and Crossfit to learn and add to his database.
