Originally from Hearst, Ontario, Phil has always been involved in every competitive sport available in the area. In 2013, Phil started CrossFit and has now been a coaching since 2014.
Phil's primary focus is to help others achieve their fitness and health goals all in an energetic and motivational environment. He loves to have the opportunity to be part of this community and to help others experience the same thing he did when he first started CrossFit.
