Questions, Answered

Is this program suitable for beginners?+

Yes! Our programs are designed for all levels, including beginners. Every class and movement can be scaled to match your experience, and our coaches will walk you through proper technique from day one.

How much does it cost?+

Our pricing varies depending on the program and how often you want to train. Memberships start at $165/month and we offer unlimited, 2x per week, 55+ Legends and nutrition options, all month-to-month with no long-term contracts.

Where are you located?+

We're conveniently located at #105, 571 Lacolle Way in Orleans, ON, across from CAPS and Orleans Boat World, just minutes from Innes Road and Trim Station.

Do you offer group classes or personal training?+

Yes! We offer group classes as well as personal training. You can mix and match, most members do group CrossFit classes and add personal training sessions when they want extra focus on a specific goal.

What should I expect on my first visit?+

Your first visit is a free intro with a coach. We'll talk about your goals, show you around the gym, explain how our programs work, and help you figure out the best starting point. No pressure, no commitment.

Do I need to be in shape before starting?+

Not at all. Most of our members started where you are, and a lot of them hadn't trained in years. Our Ramp-Up Program is built specifically to help new members build confidence and technique before joining group classes.

How long are the classes?+

Group classes run one hour from warm-up to cool-down. Personal training sessions are typically 60 minutes as well, tailored to whatever you're working on that day.

Can I try a class before committing?+

Yes. Book a free intro and we'll get you set up. From there you can experience a class and decide if it's the right fit before signing up for anything.
