Getting Started
Is CrossFit good for beginners?+
Yes. Our programs are built for every experience level, including complete beginners. Every movement and workout can be scaled to match your current fitness, and our coaches walk you through proper technique from day one. Most of our members started as total beginners.
Do I need to be in shape before I start?+
No, and we'd argue that's exactly why you should start. Our Ramp-Up Program is built for people who haven't trained in years (or ever). You'll learn the basics in a low-pressure setting before joining group classes.
What happens at a free intro?+
You meet a coach at the gym for about 30 minutes. We'll learn about your goals, tour the space, explain how our programs work, and help you pick the right starting point. No pressure, no commitment.
Can I try a class before I sign up?+
Yes. Start with a free intro, that's the best way for us to learn about your goals and recommend the right class. After the intro, we can set you up to try a class that fits your level.
Pricing & Membership
How much does a membership cost?+
Memberships start at $165/month. We offer unlimited ($205/mo), 2x per week ($165/mo), Legends 55+ ($170/mo) and individual nutrition coaching ($185/mo). All month-to-month, no long-term contracts.
Are there long-term contracts?+
No. Every membership is month-to-month. Cancel anytime.
Is there a sign-up or initiation fee?+
There's no sign-up fee, just the Ramp-Up Program (if you're new to CrossFit) and then your monthly membership.
Do you offer drop-in rates for visitors?+
Yes, we welcome travelling CrossFitters. See our drop-in page for details and to book a session.
Programs & Classes
What programs do you offer?+
CrossFit group classes, Personal Training, Olympic Lifting, HYROX Training, Ramp-Up (for new members), Kids (9–12), Legends (55+), Team Training and Nutrition Coaching.
How long are your classes?+
Group classes are 60 minutes from warm-up to cool-down. Personal training and semi-private sessions are also typically 60 minutes.
Do you offer group classes or personal training?+
Both. Most members do group CrossFit and add personal training sessions when they want extra focus on a specific goal, like getting their first pull-up, or preparing for a race.
At the Gym
Where are you located?+
We're at #105, 571 Lacolle Way, Orleans, ON K4A 5B6, across from CAPS and Orleans Boat World, minutes from Innes Road and Trim Station.
Do you have parking?+
Yes, free on-site parking in front of the gym. No hunting for street parking.
Do you have showers and change rooms?+
Yes, we have private showers and change rooms so you can train before work or during lunch without any issues.
What should I bring to my first class?+
Athletic shoes (no running shoes with lots of cushion, flat-soled is better for lifting), comfortable workout clothes, and a water bottle. We'll take care of the rest.
Family & Age Groups
Do you have a kids program?+
Yes. Our Kids program runs for ages 9–12 and is built to develop strength, coordination, confidence and healthy habits in a fun environment.
Do you have programs for older kids and teen athletes?+
Yes. Older kids and teen athletes train through our Team Training program — sport-specific strength, speed and conditioning, coach-led and scaled to their age and ability.
Is CrossFit safe for seniors?+
Absolutely, our Legends program is designed specifically for the 55+ age group. It's coach-led, safely scaled, and built around what matters most as you age: strength, mobility and balance.
