Here's what you'll see on our weekly schedule. Every class is coach-led and every movement is scalable, you'll always be challenged at your level, not someone else's.

CrossFit / OC60

60 min

Ideal for: Anyone 18+

Our core group class, one hour of coach-led strength and conditioning. Constantly varied, functional movement at high intensity, scaled to every athlete. Expect a warm-up, skill or strength work, the workout, and a cool down.

HYROX

Ideal for: Anyone 18+

Race-specific training for the global HYROX format, running paired with sled pushes, rowing, lunges, wall balls and more. Whether you're entering your first event or chasing a personal best, this class gets you race-ready.

Olympic Lifting

60 min

Ideal for: Ages 16+

Snatch, clean & jerk, and all the accessory work that builds them, coached by our CrossFit Weightlifting-certified head coach. Beginners welcome: we'll start with a PVC pipe and build from there.

FLEX

Ideal for: All levels

A mobility and strength-focused class that gives your body the accessory work it needs to stay moving well. FLEX is the perfect complement to CrossFit and HYROX, less intensity, more precision.

Legends (55+)

60 min

Ideal for: Ages 55+

A coach-led class designed from the ground up for the 55+ body. Strength, balance, mobility, and conditioning in the right doses, at the right intensity. Scaled smart. Community that shows up.

Fitness made fun. Games, movement drills, and age-appropriate strength work that build coordination, confidence and healthy habits. Taught by our dedicated Kids coach.

Start with our Ramp-Up Program. Four 1-on-1 sessions with a coach to learn the fundamentals before you jump into group classes. You'll show up to your first CrossFit class knowing exactly what to do.
