If you're looking for a beginner-friendly gym in Ottawa or just getting back into fitness, you're not alone, and you don't need to figure it out by yourself.

What is the Ramp-Up Program? The Ramp-Up program at OCFIT includes four private coaching sessions scheduled around your availability. You'll work with a coach to learn the core functional movements used in our workouts (squats, presses, deadlifts), how to move safely and efficiently, modifications based on your goals, injuries, or fitness level, and what to expect in class so you feel prepared, not overwhelmed.

It's not mandatory, but it's strongly encouraged, especially if you're new to CrossFit, returning from a break, or just want a better foundation before jumping into group training.

Many people think they need to "get in shape first" before joining a gym like ours, but that's exactly what the Ramp-Up is for. We meet you where you are. You'll learn the mechanics, build confidence, and slide into group classes knowing exactly what to expect.
